Software localization is a process in which export software products (i.e., software application programs, operating systems, web browser application programs, etc.) are produced in accordance with the target language and its cultural environment. This includes the process in which localization conditions are reflected in the master program design stage, as well as the process in which the target program is later constructed and adjusted in relation to the target language, function, and culture.

Having secured a foothold through software localization projects with some of the world's most prominent companies like Microsoft, Samsung Electronics, and LG Electronics, LOCSTAR and its clients are rapidly growing in the localization industry.
